Even though I am thousands of miles away, I'm stil watching the presidential election in the US!

I have watched documentaries on governors, senators, and candidates throughout the years. I have done nothing else but watching news and polls (and a bit of Family Guy). And the polls haven't made the nail-biting better. I usually have pretty long, polished nails. Today they are shorter than they have been in a long time! I am nervous as HELL!

I'm wearing my blue cardigan, which used to be my great-grandmother's, as my tiny Obama-cheer (yes I am 100% supporter of Obama! No doubt about it!). I'm watching BOTH major Danish newschannels, but since it's 2 am here in DK, they are usually airing CBS News (plus I'm watching the CNN race and polls).

I'm not gonna go all politics on you, and I usually don't discuss it, especially not online, but I'll admit: If Romney walks away with victory in his hands, I will shed tears.

(My eyes can't stay open. I'll wake myself up in 4 hours to have a look at the final polls. Happy presidential election to all!)

So when I draw, I listen to a lot of movie scores. Thomas Newman has been one of my very favorites, but today a mix of sunday blues and decent taste in movies resulted in listening to the amazing soundtrack from Blade Runner by Vangelis. My dad introduced me to this sci-fi classic when I was a kid, and ever since, I've always had this fluid feeling whenever I watch the movie or simply listening to the music of Vangelis. This has affected (as always) my bedtime. It's 2:50 am... I really need to get my shit together. But first: Blade Runner!

I'm working on a Disney inspired princess. Very simple and cute, but something I'm proud of. Tomorrow I'll try and use my scanner for my Mac (Yes, I joined the dark side... Still love Windows, though..!). I have some ideas, but I'm stronger with a pencil than a mouse (when it comes to drawing. I'd love to play some Modern Warfare right now).

It's 2 am here in beautiful Scandinavia. It's dark and even though Snow White is keeping me entertained on the TV, my eyes are heavy (I'm still disturbed by the fact that Snow White is around 16 y.o. and married. I feel like an old spinster!)

And now the dwarfs are crying over her death... So am I. I guess Disney still gets me...
